Mainlands Five is an adult 55+ Deed Restricted community. Our Deed Restrictions, Bylaws and Rules and Regulations govern who can live within the community and how we are to maintain our properties.
Our Board of Directors meets every First Tuesday of every month with the exception of the months of June, July and August. Should the need arise, emergency meetings will be convened.
Our Membership/Civic Meetings are held on the Second Tuesday of every month except for the months of June, July, and August .
Someone 55+ must permanently reside in each home in Mainlands Five and nobody under the age of 18 can reside in Mainlands Five. Anyone wishing to reside in Mainlands Five must complete an Application and submit to an interview by our Screening Committee. The Screening Committee will perform a background check on every prospective resident, both financial and criminal, in order to insure the safety of our residents. We have a 2 year rental restriction which is strictly enforced. Nobody may rent their property until after two year from purchase.
